Our services are intended to assist you and your estimating department in managing the data you receive from the designers of a project.  We are not Engineers, Architects, Surveyors, or Accountants nor do we perform any work that can be classified as "design" in nature, or requiring "Professional" designation or authority.

We do not intend to supplant the need for you to actually inspect the jobsite, review the construction documents (including specifications and soils reports), and otherwise assess the factors, positive and negative, regarding the costs of the project.  Our services should be viewed as a tool, much like the equipment you own.  And no amount of analysis on our end can substitute for effective communication between you and your design team and/or developer.

We do not work on the jobsite.  Thus, we carry no Worker's Comp or Liability insurance.  Additionally, our liability shall not exceed the fee charged for our services.  We endeavor to supply you with the most accurate data possible, but it is ultimately your responsibility to review that data and contact us with any irregularities.

We will treat your project(s) confidentially, and will alert you to any discrepancies or potential errors/omissions, so that you may solicit clarification from the designers.  If it becomes necessary for us to contact anyone outside your company (Engineer, GeoTech, Architect, etc.) on your behalf we will do so only under your direction and consent, and with the understanding that additional fees may be required.

Submission of your job for a price quote constitutes acceptances of these terms.
